During my recent stay at a hotel in Kobe, I had a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Sannomiya train station. The convenience of having a Family Mart right next door was also a major plus. The room itself was exactly what I needed, not too big nor too small. It was clean and had all the amenities I required for my trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to deliver my suitcase before the check-in time. Throughout my stay, they were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Kobe.

The hotel was close to Shin Kobe train station. Taste the food in Tejangum, you only need to walk 600 feet to reach it...

Conveniently located near the train station and supermarket. Staff allowed early luggage drop-off. Room was clean, had necessary amenities, and a fridge. Vending machines available on multiple floors for drinks. Overall recommended for great rooms and helpful staff.

I stayed at a hotel during Christmas and they offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, which was very nice of them. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the train station and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel and it was very warm in the room. I asked the staff to adjust it but they didn't seem to understand what I was saying.
